Why Millennial's Are Not The Biggest Reason For The Solar Explosion
In the days of the "recycled toilet paper", "This cup is made from 70% recycled paper", zero landscaping, devices creating drinking water from sunlight, caged free eggs, Whole Foods, & the war on GMOs the renewable energy issue seems to be right at home in the middle of this. Solar being no doubt the biggest impact on a global scale & environmental effect. So why is it that the ones touting the majority of the list above still use fossil fuels? Answer, millennials.
The majority of them do not own a home, simply rent. It is of course easily to connect the potential moving forward that going solar for this group will be a natural progression. Only makes sense. The real question is when will it happen? When will the millennials shift away from renting to home ownership? Read 10 different articles and you get 5 to say in the near future & 5 to say never. Only time will tell of course. In the meantime the ones that are going solar are rapidly compounding.
Solar isn't a fad, solar isn't going anywhere anytime soon and finally, solar isn't cheap.....it's free.
